Welcome to Liquid of Life. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase or lease of products and services from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

This website is operated by EAUU Water Treatment & Purification Equipment Trading LLC (“Eauu”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, with full information provided is accurate and complete, and that you will use the website lawfully. We may update these Terms at any time, and any changes will apply once published on the website.

We offer water filtration systems, dispensers, accessories and related products for purchase, as well as selected products and equipment on a lease or subscription basis. All product descriptions, pricing and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

All prices are in AED and inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required at checkout, and we accept the payment methods displayed on our website. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or inability to deliver.

Delivery and installation timelines shown on the website are estimates only. UAE delivery and installation may be included for selected products depending on the order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, ensuring site access, and confirming that plumbing and electrical requirements are suitable where relevant.

Under UAE law, cooling systems or water systems may require returns, exchange or refund within 14 calendar days from delivery, provided the product is returned in good condition with all original parts, accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase. After this period, returns, exchanges and refunds will only be considered if the product is defective due to manufacturing fault.

Purchased products include a 12-month limited product support period from the date of delivery or installation for manufacturing faults only. This does not cover misuse, negligence, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or issues caused by plumbing, power supply or other external factors.

All lease or subscription orders are subject to a separate signed Leasing Agreement and a fixed minimum term of 12 months. The lease term and monthly billing begin from the successful installation or activation date.

For leased products, Eauu will provide delivery, installation, routine servicing and sanitization, filter replacement in line with the selected plan, and reasonable maintenance support during the lease term.

All leased equipment remains the sole property of Eauu Water Treatment & Purification Equipment Trading LLC at all times throughout the lease term. No ownership rights transfer to the customer.

Lease plans are fixed-term commitments. If a customer terminates the lease before the end of the 12-month term, an early termination fee equal to three months of service fees shall immediately apply.

Upon lease expiry or termination, customers must allow access for collection of leased equipment within 7 working days. If access is delayed or denied, we reserve the right to continue charging applicable service fees until collection.

If a payment fails, is declined or becomes overdue, we may retry the payment method, suspend services, support and maintenance, suspend or terminate the lease, and recover unpaid fees and related costs.

Eauu uses commercially reasonable care in the supply, filtration, servicing and maintenance of its products and services. Water quality may also depend on the customer’s source water, plumbing, storage tanks and site hygiene.

Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers. We do not store or share card details. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
