How are the dispensers actually installed?

Installation is simple. We connect the dispenser directly to your mains water supply-usually under the kitchen sink or, in some cases, above the ceiling where it links to the hot water heater. Any visible piping is neatly hidden using trunking, so everything looks clean and seamless. In fact, most people can't even tell where the water's coming from!

What kind of filters do your dispensers use?

We only use high-quality in-line filters, made in Italy to our own specifications. These are commercial-grade filters designed to deliver clean, great-tasting water from every dispenser. A standard filter setup includes: Sediment Filter - Removes particles like dust, dirt, sand, and other visible impurities. KDF® Patented Filter - Targets chlorine, lead, copper, and harmful chemicals; prevents bacterial growth and removes pesticides, herbicides, and VOCs. Powdered Activated Carbon Filter - Reduces chlorine, eliminates odours, and improves taste. All our filters are NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) and ANSI (American National Standards Institute) certified-so you can trust the water you're drinking is safe and high-quality.

Will a water dispenser increase our electricity bill?

No, all of our units are Energy Rated, meaning they use about 45% less energy compared to traditional water coolers. You can enjoy clean, filtered water without worrying about higher electricity costs.

Can I use your system in a restaurant or office?

Yes, our water dispensers are perfect for both restaurants and offices. We use commercial-grade filters designed to handle higher usage while delivering clean, great-tasting water.

Not at all! At Liquid of Life, we have over 10 years of experience retrofitting piping and dispensers, particularly in large spaces across the UAE. We can easily install piping to cover hundreds of metres to reach your dispenser. Plus, all piping is discreetly hidden above ceilings or within conduit, so it's never visible or exposed along walls or floors.

Can I get a filter without the dispenser?

Yes, we offer filters separately that can be connected directly to your tap. If you already have a tap system and want to upgrade the filtration, we can provide the right filter for your needs.

How long do the filters last?

Our filters are manufactured in Italy and tested to NSF standards, with a lifespan of up to 70,000 litres-enough to last the average household for about 12 months. Even with regular use like filling saucepans, washing vegetables, and doing dishes, most homes won't exceed this capacity within the year.
